At Isakaya, we serve incredible pan-Asian dishes, all exceptionally prepared by our chef, Wan, who has 25 years of culinary experience under his belt. With his vast knowledge of Asian cuisine from across the globe, Chef Wan’s motivation is to showcase the best food from Asia, highlighting the diverse and contemporary flavours of this beautiful region using the best produce.
Our sushi chef, Toki, spends his free time exploring nature and its beauty. Taking inspiration from his trips and infusing it into the delicious sushi we serve creates a unique experience found only at Isakaya. Trained by a Japanese Master Chef, Chef Toki’s skills allow him to combine the traditional delicate art of sushi making with modern day quirky flavours.
